A feeling

People cannot imagine whats its like to have your neck sliced from ear to ear. To often feel the
tightness from the scar tissue. Like a gigantic rubber band around my neck. I am lucky to be
alive though. That I caught it, in just the right time.

Its been 2 years since my thyroid has been removed. I take my pill everyday or, I would not survive.

My butterfly is gone. She has left. I needed her so very badly but, like many others I can live without her. I must. I am talking about my thyroid. That was my butterfly.
